Once a commission request is placed, you must provide the necessary details and references to help us complete the work to your satisfaction.
A payment is required before work begins on commissioned pieces.PaymentWe accept payments through the platform as specified on our website (e.g., PayPal, Ko-fi).
Once payment is processed, we will begin working on your order.
Payments for commissions are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refunds may be granted if the commission is canceled before work starts.Delivery & RevisionsCommissioned artwork will be delivered in the agreed-upon format (PNG, JPEG, etc.) via email or through the platform.
You are entitled to a certain number of revisions as specified in the commission details. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.
Please review your commission upon delivery and inform us of any changes within 7 days.Copyright & UsageYou, the client, retain personal use rights for the artwork (e.g., posting on social media, printing for personal use).
Pebblu retains the rights to use the artwork for promotional purposes (e.g., on our website, social media).
Commercial use (e.g., selling prints, using the artwork for business purposes) requires prior approval and may incur additional fees.Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not provided once work has started. However, if there is an issue with the work provided, please reach out to us within 7 days to discuss possible resolutions.
